First 12 months free exchange on manufacturer defects for new or refurbished replacement. Contact us at email@example.com with the information listed below. You will then receive a return approval code. Ship your defective item to PCG address below. Upon receipt, we will immediately ship a replacement.
Please note, waterproof items have submersion limits. Free exchange 12 month warranty will only be honored for items without water damage. Items with water damage require an exchange fee.
You Brake it, We replace it!
All PowerTRIP items come with a 5 year exchange for damaged items with applicable exchange fee. PCG reserves the right to provide same model refurbished or a product of equal to greater value.
